What Our Customers Have to Say
Testimonials
“Mario and his team are the best flooring company in Worcestershire, hands down. We have used a few flooring companies for various projects and have never returned to any of them again. With Elite Flooring and Mario, we will only ever use them moving forward. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable, reliable and the quality of work is the best we have seen. If you are looking for a flooring company please take my advice and look no further.”
“We cannot recommend this place and the staff here enough! From the service at the shop, to the phone calls from Tony who supported us in finding the right flooring. Then to the floor fitters themselves, who were so professional and genuine. Every step along the way was excellent with these people! We love our flooring and feel so grateful that we used an exceptional company who we will use again!
Special thanks to Armando (our floor fitter) who worked so hard in our kitchen to make sure it was perfect – thank you so much.
These people are so polite, friendly and hard working. They go above and beyond to ensure the service they provide is excellent. A top company!”

I went to Elite Floors to ask advice about my existing damaged engineered wood floor.
Mario was great! He advised me the cost to replace would be high and suggested I tried Osmo Tinting Oil.
I bought some and tried it. The floor now looks amazing and Mario saved me thousands. Would 100% recommend Elite Floors and Mario to anyone. Thank you again!
Excellent service from start to finish, and we’re delighted with the finished flooring. We replaced old carpet in the hallway with laminate. Mario was most helpful in store when we were considering our options, and Eugene, who fitted the floor, did an excellent job
Absolutely 5 out of 5! The customer service at Elite Floors Kidderminster was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable. The engineered flooring looks amazing throughout my house – beautifully fitted with great attention to detail. Couldn’t be happier with the result!
